Your basket
How do I choose a pack size?
Open the product page to see the available packs. Select a pack before adding a variable product to your basket. Prices and availability update for the option you choose.
Can I buy individual items from a grouped product?
Yes. Enter a quantity beside each item you would like, then select Add to cart. Leave the other quantities at zero.
Where can I check product details?
The product page includes the description, pack options and additional information. If you have a question about ingredients or a specific item, contact us before ordering.
Orders & delivery
Which delivery options are available?
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options and charges available for your location.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us with your order number and the change you need. We will check the order status and let you know whether it can still be updated.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number, the item name and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and take photos if helpful so the team can review your request.
Your account
Where can I find my orders?
Sign in to My Account and open Orders to view orders associated with your account. Your order confirmation email also includes the order details.
How do I reset my password?
Use Lost your password? on the My Account sign-in form and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
How do I get in touch?
Use the form on our Contact page. Include your order number when asking about an existing order, and leave payment card details out of your message.
