Can I use a theme on another platform?
Each theme is built for its listed platform. Shopify, WordPress and Ghost theme files cannot be installed interchangeably.
What should I check for a WordPress theme?
Review the editor, minimum WordPress and PHP versions, required plugins and WooCommerce requirements on the product page. Tell us about your setup if you are unsure which theme fits.
What should I include in a support request?
Share your platform, theme name and version, website URL, and a clear description of the issue. Include your order reference for an existing purchase. Describe what you expected and the steps that led to the problem.
What license and support come with a theme?
Check the license, updates and support information on the individual product page and in our license agreement. If you need clarification about your project or a specific theme, ask before purchasing.
Can I buy a Ghost theme now?
